Return and Refund Policy

We offer a voluntary 30-day return policy in addition to your statutory rights. The voluntary 30-day return policy does not restrict or replace your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law.

Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

After the statutory 14-day withdrawal period has expired, you may still request a return within 30 days after receiving your item under our voluntary return policy.

For returns requested between the 15th and 30th day after delivery, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, with any tags attached and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or other proof of purchase.

These additional conditions apply only to our voluntary return policy and do not restrict your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Do not return an item until you have received the return address and instructions from us. Items sent to an address not provided by us may not be accepted.

When your voluntary return request is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse the reasonable return shipping costs. We bear the return shipping costs for accepted returns.

EU Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your purchase is covered by EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

For an order containing multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or your designated third party receives the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. You may contact us by email or use the model withdrawal form provided below:

You do not have to use the model withdrawal form, but your statement must clearly communicate your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

Returning Goods After Withdrawal

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send or hand back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

We will provide the appropriate return address and return instructions after receiving your withdrawal notice.

We bear the direct cost of returning goods under the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs according to our instructions.

You may inspect and handle the goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, in the same way that you would be permitted to inspect them in a physical store.

You are not required to return the goods unused or in their original packaging to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. However, you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Refunds Under the Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you validly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as express delivery, we are not required to reimburse the additional cost exceeding the price of our standard delivery method.

We will issue the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

However, we may withhold the reimbursement until:

  • We have received the returned goods; or

  • You have provided evidence that the goods were sent back,

whichever occurs first.

The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree to another method. You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

Refunds Under the Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

For returns made under our voluntary 30-day return policy, we will notify you after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, incomplete or different from the item ordered.

Where the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. We will bear the reasonable return shipping costs and, where applicable, arrange a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Exceptions to the Statutory Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;

  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

  • Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery;

  • Sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that were unsealed after delivery;

  • Digital content where performance began with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you would lose your right of withdrawal;

  • Other goods or services excluded by applicable consumer protection law.

These exceptions apply only where legally permitted.

Gift cards and other items excluded from our voluntary return policy may still be refundable where required by mandatory consumer law. Sale items are covered by the statutory right of withdrawal and may also be returned under our voluntary 30-day policy if the applicable conditions are satisfied.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you received. Once the return has been accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

Your statutory rights concerning defective, damaged or incorrect goods remain unaffected.
