Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and official public holidays. Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a confirmation by email.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time after dispatch is normally 8–15 business days.

The total estimated delivery time, including order processing, is therefore approximately 9–18 business days.

Delays

Lost Packages

If a package is considered lost in transit, we will investigate the matter with the carrier. Depending on the outcome, we will offer a replacement shipment or a refund in accordance with applicable law.

Damaged Packages

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the package and item so that we can process the matter more quickly.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover that the delivery address is incorrect.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will attempt to correct the address. Once the package has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed or the package redirected.

Returned or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect it, we will contact the customer to arrange the next steps.

Any new shipping costs will be disclosed to the customer in advance unless the return was caused by an error on our part or by the carrier.
